Prior to your initial consultation please check that your insurance provider has authorised your appointment. If not, you can opt to self fund.

Please bring the POLICY or MEMBERSHIP number to your appointment, or email it to mcmullaneyecare@gmail.com. The insurance providers will often give you an authorisation number, but it is the policy/membership number that is required for billing purposes. 

Mr McMullan invoices the insurance providers WITHIN their specified parameters. The only additional fee you may have to pay is the excess agreed by you and the insurance company as part of your policy.

Please note that most medical insurance providers will require you to have been referred by a GP or optician in order to authorise a hospital consultation.
